Nuno Líbano Monteiro, the partner who coordinates PLMJ’s restructuring and insolvency practice, has commented on the main changes approved by the new Civil Procedure Code. Speaking to the newspaper Diário Económico, he applauds the changes made to the Code but believes the Government could have gone further.
