Collective work that intends to portray the legal implications of the so-called “Millennium Bug” in several legal systems (including the Portuguese legal system). Although specifically elaborated on the referred problem, the study may be useful in the perception and evaluation of situations of programming “error” or “fault” that resembles this problem.
