The author firstly describes the process tending to the insertion of sports in Article III-282 of the Treaty that instituted a Constitution for Europe (“European Constitution”) and secondly analyses the legal consequences arising from such contemplation of sports whilst under the domain of the supporting, coordination or complementation action of the EU in relation to the Member States.
