José Miguel Júdice, the partner who coordinates PLMJ’s arbitration practice, is to speak at the 4th Costa Rica Arbitration Congress 2013 to take place on 17, 18 and 19 February 2013 in Costa Rica. The topic of the debate will be “Continental Law and Common Law in International Arbitration”. The congress is organised by the Costa Rica delegation of the ICC’s Arbitration Commission.
