PLMJ launches the "The Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Code Annotated"
published by Coimbra Editora as part of the PLMJ Legal Collection. The launch takes place on Monday 10 December at a business breakfast at the ACL–CCIP (Lisbon Commercial Association - Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry) in Lisbon. The various scenarios for insolvency and recovery provided for in the new law will be analysed and discussed.
