Pedro Melo, who heads PLMJ’s public and administrative law team, is a guest speaker at the seminar on the Administrative Procedure Code that will take place in the Salão Nobre of the Bar Association on 3 July. The leading specialists in this area will debate the most relevant aspects of the bill to revise the Code that has already been presented by the Minister of Justice. Administrative law partner Pedro Melo, who has a master’s in legal and political sciences, will be a member of the panel on ‘Administrative Procedure’. The seminar is organised by the Bar Association, the Public Law Institute (IDP) and by CEDIS (the centre for research and development in law and society of the law faculty of Universidade Nova de Lisboa). The event is coordinated by Jorge Bacelar Gouveia, president of the IDP and professor at the law faculty of Universidade Nova de Lisboa. The seminar will feature contribution by leading names from the field of public and administrative law.
