Guidelines on prohibited Artificial Intelligence practices

Following the entry into force of the Artificial Intelligence Act (“AI Act”), organisations have been required to comply with the rules on prohibited AI practices since 2 February this year.

The European Commission has now published guidelines on prohibited AI practices (“Guidelines”).  We will now look at some of the practical implications of the Guidelines for organisations.
