Simultaneous promotions and sales, 124 days of sales per year, the criterion of the lowest price previously applied and the communication of the sale or liquidation period to ASAE (the Portuguese Authority for Food and Economic Safety ) through the website e.Portugal. These are the changes introduced by Decree-Law no. 70/2007 of 26 March.
