Seventh Amendment to the Employment Code
04/09/2014Law 55/2014 of 25 August has been published in the official gazette (Diário da República) and introduces the seventh amendment to the Employment Code, approved by Law 7/2009 of 12 February.
This new law amends the wording of articles 501 and 502 on the survival (continuing in force after the end of the agreement), expiry and termination of the validity of collective agreements.
