Mozambique - New agency to promote investment and exports

Decree no. 60/2016 12 December was published recently and will come into force 180 days after its publication (i.e., 11 June 2017). The aim of this new Decree is to create a single entity that will bring together all actions to promote public and private investment, and exports. The objective in creating this entity is to bring greater dynamism to the business environment, to optimise resources and to create greater synergies in these areas of great importance and impact for the economy of Mozambique.
