Ricardo Oliveira, a PLMJ partner from the firm’s EU and competition practice, has written an article in Iberian Lawyer on the Troika (the IMF/EC/ECB) and competition. The memorandum that was signed between Portugal and the Troika lays down a series of objectives and measures that must be implemented by the Portuguese state so as to improve competition between the markets as a way of speeding up economic growth. Oliveira addresses this topic in an article published in the June issue of Iberian Lawyer.
