Book co-written by PLMJ's public law practice BPLD&A 'Commentary on the Legal Framework for Public Procurement in the Autonomous Region of the Azores' presented on 14 April

Pedro Melo, the partner who heads PLMJ's public law practice and Paulo Linhares, a partner at Borges da Ponte, Linhares Dias e Associados (BPLD&A) PLMJ's partner firm in the Azores, coordinated the book 'Commentary on the Legal Framework for Public Procurement in the Autonomous Region of the Azores'. This is the first book on this topic and is published by Almedina. The aim of the book is to analyse the Legal Framework for Public Procurement in the Autonomous Region of the Azores, which was approved on 29 December 2015 and came into force on 1 January of this year.

The book will be presented on Thursday, 14 April at the bookshop Livraria Solmar, in Ponta Delgada, on São Miguel Island in the Azores.
