Cláudia Saavedra Pinto has article published in administrative justice journal

Cláudia Saavedra Pinto, a lawyer from PLMJ’s public law practice area has had an article entitled “The disputes arising in the context of public bodies”, published in the January/February issue of the journal, Cadernos de Justiça Administrativa. The article comments on the judgment of the TCA Sul (southern central administrative court) of 14 November 2007.
