Clifford Chance senior lawyer joins PLMJ’s Corporate / M&A practice

PLMJ has recently hired senior lawyer, Jodie Lazell who has 8 years’ experience at Clifford Chance, one of the largest law firms in the world. Jodie has worked in the M&A, private equity and TMT areas in Amsterdam, where she was involved in providing legal advice on various projects and operations for multinational clients. With a Master's degree in Dutch law and an LLM, both awarded by the University of Amsterdam, the new PLMJ lawyer is British, and fluent in German, Dutch and French. Jodie will work with PLMJ in transnational projects within the PLMJ International Legal Network and in advising on global operations and assisting English, German, Dutch or French foreign clients, in particular.
