Concentration Controlling in Portugal by the Competition Authority

The Catholic University of Oporto’s Economy and Management School promotes a Seminar under the theme “Concentration Controlling in Portugal by the Competition Authority” which shall be taking place the next 2nd of July between 9am and 6pm at the Foz Catholic University Campus.

One of the guest speakers shall be Pedro Marques Bom, PLMJ Senior Associate with the Firm’s EU Law and Competition Practice.

Prof. António Ferreira Gomes and Dr. Paulo Gonçalves, respectively Director and the Deputy Director of the Competition Authority Controlling Department are to participate in the Seminar as guest speakers as well.

The Seminar shall be analyzing the means through which M&A operations are controlled in Portugal with the help of an real cases presentation preceded by a brief introduction on the market-controlling-connected economical an legal concepts.
