Tiago Duarte, Senior Associate and Member of PLMJ Public Law Department, is the author of the text "Who is afraid of the Reinforced Law Horsemen" published in the last edition of the "Constitutional Jurisprudence" Magazine.

Commenting a Sentence of the Constitutional Court (Sentence nº 428/05) the text verses over the set of problems posed by the introduction of ordinary norms in reinforce value laws, reflecting upon the constitutionality and the juridical regime applicable to these norms.
