Deal handled by PLMJ named transaction of the month by TTR

The acquisition of EDP Gás by REN, in which PLMJ played an important role, was named transaction of the month by TTR.

PLMJ’s team was led by André Figueiredo, the partner who heads PLMJ Capital Markets, Bruno Ferreira, a partner from PLMJ Capital Markets, and Raquel Azevedo, a Managing Partner from PLMJ Private Equity and Privatisations.
