Eduardo Nogueira Pinto signs an article in the 2006/2007 edition of the Cross- Border Life Sciences Handbook

The annual edition of the Life Sciences  Handbook  includes an article subscribed by Eduardo Nogueira Pinto, PLMJ  Senior Associate and a member of the Firm’ s Pharmaceutical and Labour Law Department.

The article, in a Q & A format, gives a general overview of the pharmaceutical legislation in Portugal for the various sectors of its circuit – industry, distribution, retail - focusing areas that range from the regulation of its activity, prices and  participations to publicity, medical analysis and health products.
