Eduardo Sáragga Leal won first place in the Garrigues awards for his master’s thesis on "The power of shareholder management in public companies"

PLMJ trainee Eduardo Sáragga Leal received first place in the Garrigues awards for his master’s thesis on "The power of shareholder management in public companies". The prize will be presented at the annual public degree presentation ceremony at Universidade Nova de Lisboa’s law faculty (FDUNL). Created in 2011, this award is the result of an agreement between Garrigues and FDUNL. Eduardo Sáragga Leal received his master in law degree from FDUNL. This award is intended to encourage research into commercial law.
