Emílio Rui Vilar invited to lecture class on "Regulation of the activity of foundations and new duties"

PLMJ of counsel, Emílio Rui Vilar, has given a class on "Regulation of the activity of foundations and new duties", as part of the Course on the Law of Foundations, at the Institute of Legal-Political Sciences of the law faculty of the University of Lisbon.

The course combines solid preparation in theory with a set of classes addressing practical problems faced by foundations and the way in which the law can help overcome them. The course focuses, in particular, on issues of partnerships between the public and business sectors.
