GLM - Gabinete Legal Moçambique, a member of PLMJ International Legal Network in partnership with the Bar Association of Mozambique and Universidade Católica de Moçambique organised a great debate on the hot topics and the new challenges for international arbitration. “Hot Topics in International Arbitration – New problems and new answers” is the is the starting point for the conference taking place on 17 August at 16H00 in Cidade da Beira, in Mozambique in the Sala Beira of the economics and management faculty of Universidade Católica de Moçambique. The speaker will be José Miguel Júdice, an international arbitrator and partner and head of PLMJ’s arbitration practice, and Portuguese member of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC (the largest and most prestigious worldwide arbitration centre) and the debate will be moderated by Tomás Timbane, arbitrator, partner at GLM – Gabinete Legal Moçambique - and university assistant at the law faculty of Universidade Eduardo Mondlane (UEM).
