IVA and Car-Tax under Analysis

Rogério Fernandes Ferreira and Manuel Teixeira Fernandes, respectively , Equity Partner and Co-Head of the Firm’s Tax Law Department and an  Associate of the same, signed an article published in the  Economy Supplement of the Público’s 27^th of July edition entitled ”VAT on Car –Tax”

According to the Authors « we are before a situation which is similar to the  Danish Car Registration Tax  in relation to which it was concluded that VAT is not due.
