Iberian Lawyer names João Marques Mendes Lawyer of the Year for Utilities and Litigation
23/06/2022João Marques Mendes, the partner who heads PLMJ's Energy practice, has been named 'Lawyer of the Year Utilities' and 'Lawyer of the Year Litigation' in the Iberian Lawyer Energy Awards Spain 2022.
This is the first edition of these awards which aim to highlight excellence in the legal market in the energy sector and the awards ceremony took place in Madrid.
The PLMJ lawyer was singled out with two awards and Iberian Lawyer highlighted his experience in advising major Portuguese and international companies on matters and projects relating to oil and gas, natural gas and water and sewage services.
In the market's opinion, João Marques Mendes "is a clear and concise lawyer, with excellent knowledge of the energy system".
