In partnership with NERA, PLMJ has organised a seminar on "Public Procurement: the changes in the new directives"

In partnership with NERA, PLMJ is holding a seminar on the topic of "Public Procurement: the changes in the new directives". The seminar will take place on 25 June at the NERA Auditorium in the Algarve 

Carmen Baptista Rosa, a senior associate from PLMJ's litigation practice, and Diogo Duarte de Campos, a senior associate who specialises in arbitration and public law, will both speak at the seminar. The aim of the seminar is to explain the rules on public procurement following their revision in order to make them more efficient in relation to public spending. The seminar will also help small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) to gain access to public procurement.
