Isaque Ramos rues lack of support for companies in the 2022 State Budget

Isaque Ramos, a partner in PLMJ's Tax practice, has written an opinion article in the newspaper Negócios analysing the State Budget for 2022. "A State Budget that 'unfriends' companies" is the title of the article in which the PLMJ tax specialist highlights the lack of measures in the State Budget for 2022 to mitigate the challenges facing Portuguese companies. He also puts forward four ideas to encourage the capitalisation of Portuguese companies and says this is the right time to take robust action in this area. The State Budget for 2022 in conjunction with the Capitalisation and Resilience Fund financed by the Recovery and Resilience Plan is a unique moment: "the country has not had a similar opportunity in the last 30 years and it is not expected to have one in the next 30".
