José Miguel Albuquerque pens article on "The right of exemption of shareholders in quota companies and joint stock companies", for the University of Lisbon’s corporate law review

PLMJ trainee lawyer José Miguel Albuquerque has written an article for the most recent issue of the corporate law review published by the law faculty of the University of Lisbon. The article addresses the question of the "right of exemption of shareholders in quota companies and joint stock companies". This invitation to write an article for the publication coordinated by law lecturer António Menezes Cordeiro arose because the trainee lawyer is a student on the master’s course at the law faculty.
