In his regular monthly opinion column for the newspaper Jornal de Negócios – Sinais – PLMJ partner Luís Miguel Pais Antunes, argues there is a need for “a new social contract with clearly defined rights and obligations of a stronger State with a greater level of solidarity, but with fewer functions, and for a more competitive economy”.
