Luís Pais Antunes comments on the PEC presented by the Government.

PLMJ partner specialising in employment law, Luís País Antunes, give little value to the intention of the Government to subject the extension of collective bargaining agreements to an analysis of the impact of the competitiveness of sectors and companies, a measure provided for in the PEC – Pact for Stability and Growth - presented by the Executive. Speaking to the newspaper Jornal de Negócios, the PLMJ partner said that "competitiveness is part of consideration of economic and social circumstances already provided for under the law.
