Luís Pais Antunes interview on changes to employment legislation.

In an interview with the newspaper Diário Económico, PLMJ partner Luís Pais Antunes explained that the reduction in the amount of compensation paid on dismissal could encourage the hiring of new workers. However, he pointed out that the creation of the fund supported by companies to finance part of the compensation will counter this effect.
