Luís Pais Antunes interviewed on the new Employment Code

Luís Pais Antunes, a partner in PLMJ and leader of the firm’s IT and telecommunications team and former secretary of state for employment, gave an interview to the newspaper Vida Económica on the new Employment Code.

For Antunes the Codes should not be a response to the circumstances that affect the markets and should have some longevity and serve to establish a legal framework for job market and so should not be altered systematically.
