Speaking to the newspaper Diário Económico, Luís Pais Antunes commented on the government’s intention to change the rules on compensation for dismissal. The PLMJ partner argues that the changes do not affect the termination of employment contracts by mutual agreement as, in these cases, “the parties are free to set the conditions as they see fit”.
