Luís Sáragga Leal speaks to leading magazine about his expectations for the financial markets in 2011

Luís Sáragga Leal, PLMJ’s managing partner who was recently honoured with the Best Lawyers prize for Best Portuguese M&A Lawyer, has given an interview to the directory of the newspaper Diário Económico “Quem é Quem – Advogados” or “Who’s Who – Lawyers”. In the interview Sáragga Leal says that he believes there will be a speedy recovery for major transactions and operations in the capital markets.

For this M&A specialist the year 2011 will certainly be another difficult year but one that he expects will be less unstable than 2010. In 2011 it will be essential to restore confidence not only in the financial markets but, more importantly, for business leaders and economic players who bring activity and growth to the real economy to create employment.
