Marta Costa comments on the legal issues arising from new raffle games to sell house, which are growing in popularity in Portugal

Marta Costa, a PLMJ senior associate and specialist in consumer law has issued a warning about the dangers that can arise from taking part in raffle contests for houses. Speaking to the newspaper Diário de Notícias, Marta Costa commented on the legal implications of these “games” and argues that there may be tax and even criminal implications.
