Mozambique – Opinion Article by Tiago Mendonça de Castro

Tiago Mendonça de Castro, the coordinating partner for PLMJ’s Africa Desk has written an opinion article for the newspaper Jornal de Negócios. The article is on investment in Mozambique and Castro highlights the advantages of investing there by drawing attention to the indicators that are favourable to investment and also to the incentive packages that have been created.

Castro places special emphasis on the potential of the Mozambican market because of its strategic location as a gateway to an important regional market, the Southern African Development Community (SADC) which is made up of 15 countries and represents around 250 million potential consumers.
