Newspaper Vida Económica publishes an article by PLMJ’s tax law practice on autonomous taxation

Newspaper Vida Económica has published an opinion article by lawyers from PLMJ’s tax practice on the Portuguese Constitutional Court's decision on a retroactive increase in the tax rate for 2008 applying to representation expenses and charges for passenger vehicles. The court’s finding that the increase is unconstitutional opens the doors to taxpayers to recover tax improperly paid in that year.
