GLA Project and Infrastructures' Lawyer, Nuno Chaves Frota, was invited by the UK Trade and the British Embassy of the United Kingdom to present a number of British citizens residing in Angola the new legal regime applicable to Foreign investment in Angola. The presentation took place last Thursday 13th, at the Official Residency of the British Ambassador in Angola, H.E Ambassador Richard Wildash, LVO. Amongst other aspects focused on, the limitations imposed to investors in terms of minimum capital required and the benefits and incentives applicable as well as the rights and duties of both investors and the National Agency for Private Investment were debated.
