Nuno Líbano Monteiro, a senior partner in the Dispute Resolution practice, has analysed the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) which sets aside €267 million for justice. He believes that "there is a lack of focus in the measures proposed and instead of seeking to cure the problems definitively, the option continues to be to patch things up". In an opinion article published in Advocatus, the PLMJ partner considers that this plan will only be "a palliative for justice".
