PLMJ Colab Angola - RVA Advogados and the Angolan Association of Designers and Consultants (AAPC) are organising the Infrastructures in Angola conference in Luanda on 2 February. Infrastructure financing, advantages and challenges of the concession model, FIDIC principles and conflict resolution are some of the topics to be discussed.
Panels will feature members of the Angolan government from the Ministries of Finance, Transport, Construction and Energy and Water, as well as institutions such as Standard Bank, International Finance Corporation - World Bank Group, ASGC Construction, Eaglestone, African Development Bank - AfDB.
"The dynamisation of the economy, the economic and social development of Angola, the judicious use of scarce resources and the promotion of national and international best practices are a commitment for all. This is precisely why we are making our contribution by organising this conference, which is open to all who wish to attend. - Renata Valenti, partner at PLMJ Colab Angola - RVA Advogados.
The conference comes at a time when the country is reaffirming itself as a regional and even global hub in various sectors of activity. This justifies the investments made in various infrastructures and calls for reflection among the main players in the market.
