PLMJ Cycle of Conferences - “Tax administration powers and tax payers guarantees”

Integrating  the Cycle of PLMJ Conferences, took place yesterday, the 29^th of October, at the Real Palácio Hotel  in Lisbon, one more Conference dedicated to legal issues of particular relevance and actuality."

Tax administration powers and tax payers guarantees”  was the choice for this encounter organized by the  PLMJ Tax Department.

With the  participation of Clotilde Celorico Palma, a Professor at the Lisbon Economy and Management Superior Institute and Olívio Mota Amador, a Professor at the Lisbon University Law School , as moderators, and the participation, as speakers, of all PLMJ Lawyers  working for  the Department, the opening of the Conference and the presentation of its theme  were  made  by Rogério M. Fernandes Ferreira,  the firm’s Equity Partner co– heading  this  PLMJ Department.

On debate, as main topics  of the conference were, among others,  issues like  the limits to tax planning, fiscal derogation of bank secrecy , fiscal  expiry and prescriptiveness and tax administration civil liability.
