PLMJ International Legal Network lawyers attend 1st ICC Arbitration Conference in Mozambique

Tomás Timbane, a PLMJ international partner and head of TTA, PLMJ International Legal Network member firm in Mozambique and, Pedro Metello de Nápoles, a PLMJ partner, Filipa Cansado Carvalho, a PLMJ senior associate, are to speak at the 1st ICC Arbitration Conference in Mozambique.

The event will take place in Maputo, Mozambique, on 25 January.

Tomás Timbane, who is also president of the Mozambican Bar Association, will open the conference. Pedro Metello de Nápoles will speak on the topic “The life of an arbitral award” and Filipa Cansado Carvalho will speak on "The specifics of arbitration proceedings with States and/or public bodies."
