PLMJ National Partners Cycle of Conferences to discuss 'Corporate Responsibility'

As part of the PLMJ National Partners Cycle of Conferences, the firm has arranged a conference on 'Corporate Responsibility ', to take place on 15 April at the Hotel Tivoli Coimbra.

The speakers will be PLMJ partner José Ricardo Gonçalves, who will address the topic of 'Criminal Liability of Managers and Directors', and fellow partner Frederico Perry Vidal, who will speak about the 'Midnight Clause'.

The conference will also include a contribution from Pedro Maia, a professor at the University of Coimbra, Margarida Machado, a partner at the law firm Gama Lobo Xavier, Teixeira e Melo & Associados and Miguel Pereira Monteiro, a partner at the law firm Manuel Rebanda, Pereira Monteiro & Associados. Both these law firms are members of the PLMJ National Partners Network.
