PLMJ Partners talk to Iberian Lawyer

PLMJ Partners José Miguel Júdice, Rogério Fernandes Ferreira, Nuno Brito Lopes, Nuno Líbano Monteiro, Nuno Morais Sarmento, Pedro Faria , José Luis da Cruz Vilaça , Pedro Melo and  the PLMJ Public Law Consultant Rui Chancerelle de Machete were interviewed by Iberian Lawyer on issues regarding both, portuguese modern legal practice in general and their legal area of expertise.

The new increasing tendency to have contractual clauses determine a recourse to arbitration, the increasing workload of administrative matters and the lack of credible administrative lawyers, the EU and Competition growth regarding regulatory matters and the increasing emphasis in environmental law issues were some of the themes on the magazine.
