PLMJ Sponsors and Participates in the 2008 Forum Human Capital

PLMJ Labor Law team headed by Equity Partner Abel Mesquita shall participate actively in the 2008 Human Capital Forum 2008- Social Capital, Life Balance and Leadership in Organizations” with a workshop, on the “Main Alterations to the Portuguese Labor Code”.

The workshop, with the presence of Abel Mesquita and Partners Tiago Cortes and Nuno Guedes Vaz, with the same Labor Law team, shall be focusing the practical range of the alterations  introduced to the Code and questioning whether one may count with: “Collective Conventions forever”, “Faster dismissals” and “Bigger flexibility”.

The Forum shall take place the next 29th and 30th of May, at the Lisbon Congress Center and the workshop shall be starting on the 29th at 11am.
