PLMJ Tax Practice - Tax Benefits for Portugal’s Inland regions

"Portuguese Tax Benefits to its Inland Regions”  is the title of the article published in the Tax Notes International Magazine’s edition of the 19^th of January 2009 by co-Authors Rogério Fernandes Ferreira, Nuno Cunha Barnabé and Roberto Mendes Londral, respectively, Equity Partner coordinating the Firm’s tax practice, Partnerand Associate with the same practice.

The article refers to the Tax Benefits introduced by the26th of March Decree-Law 55/2008 in order to promote a faster recovery of the regions suffering from interiority problems.
