PLMJ Tax Team participates in the publication “The Regulatory Taxes in Portugal

Next Friday,  the 4th of April, at 6 p.m, shall take place, at the Almedina Library, Atrium Saldanha, in Lisbon,  the presentation of a joint  publication entitled” The Regulatory Taxes in Portugal”.

The work, integrating eleven different economic  sections,  and coordinated by Sérgio Vasques, a Professor at the University of Lisbon Law School,  pretends to be a survey and an analysis of the regulatory taxes collected in Portugal by public institutions and regulation authorities, number and amount of which have been increasing during the last years.

Rogério M. Fernandes Ferreira and João Parreira Mesquita, with the PLMJ Tax area of practice, are the Lawyers responsible for the insurance section.
