PLMJ Team prepares new guide that analyses the 2018 State Budget Draft Law

The PLMJ Tax team, led by partner Nuno Cunha Barnabé, has written a new guide that analyses the 2018 State Budget Draft Law.

In this year’s guide, the PLMJ team writes that "The tax policy followed by the Government since the 2016 State Budget has been consistent. However, when it comes to tax revenue, the size of the commitment made by the Government in this State Budget Draft Law to reduce the tax burden on families (personal income tax) may place strong restrictions on tax policy. Furthermore, these restrictions may last until the end of the legislature, in other words, until the 2019 State Budget."
