PLMJ advice to SCG Chemicals is Deal of the Month in TTR

PLMJ advised SCG Chemicals on the acquisition of a controlling stake in Sirplaste - Sociedade Industrial de Recuperados de Plástico, S.A. and this operation was named Deal of the Month for April by Transactional Track Record (TTR).

The operation was headed by Diogo Perestrelo, partner and co-head of PLMJ's Corporate M&A practice. He was supported by a team coordinated by Rita Albuquerque, which included Carolina Martins Correia and Beatriz Veiga Santos from the Corporate M&A team. Mariana Guisado from the Dispute Resolution team also played a part.
