PLMJ advised Logoplaste on a partnership agreement with the Carlyle Group

PLMJ provided legal advice to Logoplaste on a partnership agreement with Carlyle. The agreement provides for the private equity fund to help the Portuguese manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging to invest €300 million in the coming years. PLMJ’s team included Luís Sáragga Leal, partner and head of PLMJ International Projects, Sofia Gomes da Costa, partner and co-head of PLMJ International Projects, and Maria José Sousa Leite, an associate from PLMJ International Projects.
