PLMJ advises Aquapor on acquisition of CTGA and Enviman

PLMJ advised Aquapor, a company belonging to the Saur Group, on the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of CTGA - Centro Tecnológico de Gestão Ambiental, Lda and Enviman - Manutenção de Sistemas Ambientais. These companies specialise in the preparation of studies and projects in the fields of hydraulics, sanitation and environmental engineering, as well as the operation, maintenance and optimisation of environmental systems. The operation is now subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions, in particular regulatory.

The transaction was led by Duarte Schmidt Lino, partner and co-head of the Corporate M&A practice. His team included Alexander Ehlert, managing associate, Rita Pereira Jardim and Beatriz Veiga Santos, associates, and Martinho Paour, trainee lawyer.

This deal represents an expansion of the Saur Group in Portugal and is expected to be completed in 2024.
