PLMJ advises BMI Group on the acquisition of Argibetão's assets

PLMJ advised the BMI Group on the acquisition of the assets of Argibetão, a manufacturer of cement tiles with a presence in the Spanish and Portuguese markets that belongs to the Portuguese industrial group SECIL. With this acquisition, BMI Group strengthens its leadership position in the Iberian market for sloped roofing solutions.

PLMJ's team responsible for the operation was led by Bárbara Godinho Correia, a partner in the corporate M&A practice, and she was joined by Pedro Gaspar da Silva, a senior associate from the same practice area.
